4-WEEK BUILD UP PROGRAM

NAKED is a very personal journey and the more we know you, the better we can facilitate your inner dive. Facilitation simply means: to make easy. We want to make this as easy as possible for you, creating space for natural and sincere connection between everybody who comes .

For that we like you to go through an ONLINE QUESTIONNAIRE. You will need about 30 minutes to complete it, so make sure you have uninterrupted time. Just click on the link below and enjoy diving deep.

Please complete the questionnaire at least 2 weeks before your retreat starts, so we have time to absorb your words.

4-WEEK PROGRAM

We want to make sure you get the most out of NAKED. For this reason we have designed a 4-week program leading up to the retreat that will gently introduce a few concepts and personal practices that can help you tune into yourself.

​You can go through the content at your own pace, but we highly recommend that you start at least a month before.

Every week introduces a different practice, video or audio – all designed to make sure we are on common ground once we start the journey of NAKED.

WEEK 1

 

MORNING PAGES (MOURNING PAGES)

We introduce this beautiful writing practice on week one to get you connecting to your inner dialogue. Some of you might know this process or you may write a daily journal already. Either way, we’d like you to start now and stick to this practice at least to the end of the retreat.

For the greatest benefit, it is essential to be committed to this practice for more than one week. That’s why we ask you to start tomorrow morning! Treat yourself to a beautiful A4 writing pad and let the pen dance with your subconscious.

Please bring this pad with you when you come, as you will use it during the retreat. (don’t worry though, you will be the only one reading it – this is your own uncensored space!

“Morning Pages are three pages of longhand, stream of consciousness writing, done first thing in the morning. *There is no wrong way to do Morning Pages* – they are not high art. They are not even “writing.” They are about anything and everything that crosses your mind – and they are for your eyes only.  Morning Pages provoke, clarify, comfort, cajole, prioritise and synchronise the day at hand. Do not over-think Morning Pages: just put three pages of anything on the page…and then do three more pages tomorrow.” – Julia Cameron (author of “The Artists Way”).

Some resistance might arise when you are writing these three A4 pages every morning and it might be challenging in the beginning. But we ask you: Do it anyway and get NAKED with yourself!

HERE IS WHAT YOU DO

– get up in the morning

– sit down and write 3 A4 pages of ‘brain dump’ or stream of consciousness

– let all your thoughts and feelings drain onto paper

– there are no rules: just whatever is on your mind

– don’t censor your writing, it doesn’t have to be beautiful, nor anything that you even want to read back.

– when ready, close the pad. Put pen down.

WEEK 2

 

PAIN BODY

The pain-body is a term for the accumulation of old emotional pain that almost all people carry in their energy field. It consists of survival emotions that were not faced, accepted, and then let go of in the moment they arose.

In order to know ourselves, we need to first identify who we are not. The pain body is a term we use very often in our lives and on the retreat to pinpoint this hidden aspect of ourselves that rules us from our subconscious. Our suppressed survival emotions keep us locked in old programs and create patterns of behaviour that project our past into the future. The pain body is the number one reason why we don’t evolve past our comfort.

WEEK 3

 

THE ART OF TRANSPARENCY

In week 3 we are laying the foundation of transparent communication. In a world where we categorically got educated out of our natural authentic way of speaking, we need to unlearn some habits and sharpen our understanding of where we are lying to ourselves and others.

On NAKED we will share one of the most beautiful communication practices that has not only saved and enriched mine and Simons relationship, but also made us rise in love with each other over and over again. For that practice to really sink deeply a few ‘ground rules’ have to be in place and we found that Don Miguel Ruiz has brought an amazing tool kit in “The Four Agreements” to this earth. WEEK 4

 

WHY WE NEED TO MEDITATE

Do you believe that thoughts create your reality? So what have you done today to actively create your future?

Meditation might be the most powerful tool on the path to a more liberated life, but it seems to also encounter the most resistance. “Sitting for one hour? I don’t have time for that!” is something that we hear often. When really it is the other way round: we don’t have time, because we are not meditating enough.

In this final week we would love you to listen to Dr. Joe Dispenzas audio lecture, who very passionately, thoroughly and scientifically speaks about the benefits of meditation. Sounds dry? It is not at all. He is able to break down neuroscience and quantum physics and make you want to sit in meditation as your number one practice. At least that is what he has done to us… We will introduce you to some of his guided meditations on NAKED soon.
